According to the construction director, the SWDM1000 rotary drilling drill can quickly form a hole in only 3 days for the super large pile with a diameter of 3.2 m and a depth of 86 m. Since the first pile was laid on April 22, the rotary drilling rig has been stable, reliable and efficient. The monthly construction time is 658 hours, which ensures the construction progress of the project.

The SWDM1000 super rotary drilling rig uses the power scheme of two parallel machines, equipped with two Volvo Penta TAD1643VE-B engines, providing a powerful power of 1130 kW and 6520 N · m, which ensures the stable and efficient operation of the rotary drilling rig.

The TAD1643VE-B engine equipped on the SWDM1280 super rotary drilling rig has been widely used in the 600 series rotary drilling, 95 t and 75 t digging machines of Shanhe Intelligent. Its reliability and economy have been unanimously recognized by manufacturers and customers. Based on the previous good experience, SWDM1280 rotary drilling rig continues to use Volvo Penta TAD1643VE-B engine.
